How to recognise an infestation
- Constant traffic in and out of the same point on a wall, roof or shutter box.
- A grey papery structure under an eave or in a garden shed.
- Wasps entering a hole in the wall or under a tile: the nest is inside.
- Marked aggression as soon as anyone approaches one particular part of the garden.
Why waiting costs more
One sting hurts; several, or a single sting in an allergic person, is a medical emergency. A nest above a restaurant terrace or a riad entrance makes the area unusable and puts your liability towards guests in play.
